ULY BALA FEST - 2026: A Celebration of Childhood, Joy and Family Unity

In celebration of International Children's Day, Kazakhmys Smelting organized the large-scale family festival ULY BALA FEST - 2026, which took place simultaneously in Zhezkazgan and Balkhash, bringing together thousands of children and their parents.

The main goal of the event was to create a vibrant family celebration filled with positive emotions, children's laughter and unforgettable memories.

In Zhezkazgan, a rich entertainment program featuring local creative groups was organized for guests on the Garyshkerler Boulevard. Young performers from the NON-STOP Creative Center took to the stage, delighting the audience with vibrant vocal and dance performances. Particularly popular attractions included an interactive children's zone, a craft area for joint creative activities of children and parents, a modern 3D WOW photo zone, family activities, karaoke battles, as well as numerous contests and prize-winning games.

The festival was equally vibrant in Balkhash. A large-scale праздничный program was organized in the Zhastar Park, attracting more than a thousand children and adults. Festival guests enjoyed concert performances, entertaining animators, exciting games and competitions, a spectacular nitrogen show, a bubble show and many other interactive activities.

On this special day, the company paid particular attention to children with special needs from the families of Kazakhmys Smelting employees. In honor of International Children's Day, they received sweet gifts, which became another expression of the company's care and support.

Throughout the festival, children remained the true stars of the celebration. Their happy smiles, sincere emotions and joyful laughter created a unique atmosphere of kindness and happiness.
