«ÖZGE MEN»: Kazakhmys Smelting Launches the IV Season of the Corporate Project

The IV season of the corporate project “ÖZGE MEN” will officially start on June 1 at Kazakhmys Smelting.

The project, which has become a strong corporate tradition within the company, will once again bring together active, motivated, and goal-oriented employees of the Zhezkazgan and Balkhash Copper Smelters.

The main purpose of the project is to promote employee health, develop healthy habits, encourage a healthy lifestyle, and strengthen team spirit.

As part of the project, teams of five employees will follow healthy lifestyle principles, engage in physical activity, support one another, and work together toward common goals.

To participate, employees are required to submit applications to the Industrial Safety and Occupational Health departments at their workplace by May 18.

During the previous season of «ÖZGE MEN,» 48 teams involving approximately 240 employees of Kazakhmys Smelting took part in the project.

As a result of the initiative, participants achieved significant progress, collectively reducing their total weight by 1,407 kilograms.

Winners of the new season will also receive special prizes from the General Director of Kazakhmys Smelting LLP, Zhanibek Altynbekovich.

The «ÖZGE MEN» project is aimed not only at external transformation, but also at developing discipline, willpower, team spirit, and striving to become the best version of oneself.
