Zhanibek Baigabelov is#nbsp;an#nbsp;experienced leader, for many years he#nbsp;has been the Head of#nbsp;the Karaganda Foundry-Engineering Plant of#nbsp;Maker LLP.

In#nbsp;2008, he#nbsp;completed his Master’s degree in#nbsp;the#nbsp;UK under the Bolashak program.

During his professional activities he#nbsp;was working at#nbsp;large enterprises of#nbsp;the country:

—#nbsp;15 years of#nbsp;experience in#nbsp;ERG Group companies;

—#nbsp;in#nbsp;2016 he#nbsp;was appointed Vice President for Maintenance and Repair of#nbsp;SSGPO JSC;

—#nbsp;in#nbsp;2019 he#nbsp;became the Chairman of#nbsp;the Board of#nbsp;the Karaganda Foundry-Engineering Plant .

Zhanibek Baigabelov is#nbsp;the Chairman of#nbsp;the Mechanical Engineering Committee of#nbsp;NPP "Atameken".

He#nbsp;has a#nbsp;title "Honorary Machine Builder of#nbsp;the Republic of#nbsp;Kazakhstan".
